Evaluate strength of buyer’s financing.

 

Attend inspection and assist in solving any problems that arise; either by obtaining additional information for buyers, or by negotiating credits or repairs.

Coordinate and attend final walk through with buyer and agent.

 

Ensure all documents required by Coldwell Banker are prepared and ready for closing.
