Ginny Spellman joined the Stephanie Cutter Group in the Fall of 2019. She comes to our team with two years of experience at Coldwell Banker (formerly working out of the Winnetka Office) and is the Group’s Buyer Specialist. Ginny is dedicated to being a resource for clients at every step of the buying process. She earned a B.A. in Communications from Loyola University in 2017 and worked as an Auto Sales Associate through college while handling multiple marketing- and publication-related internships. In her spare time, Ginny enjoys cooking, fashion design, and exploring the city.
Matt Majdecki joined the Stephanie Cutter Group in 2018 as Operations Manager & Marketing Coordinator. Matt earned his B.A. in Communications from the University of Illinois and began a diverse career path at a cluster of the top radio stations in Chicago, where he worked in marketing as well as doing on-air work across the stations. He then moved to a suburban park district handling general facility operations, marketing, and customer service. Matt is excited to be a part of SCG and is looking forward to experiencing new challenges in real estate marketing and connecting with clients. In his spare time, Matt loves downhill skiing, playing hockey, and biking.
