This will be our 3rd year hosting a gingerbread house decorating contest and we have consistently gotten great reactions from clients (and their friends!).
Ask your clients to send photos of their candy-laden creations via email or social media" and post the entries on your social media or send out an email.
You can simply pick your favorite, or have your friends/followers vote on their favorites based on "likes" or comments on social media.
Sponsor a fun or exciting prize to get as much interaction as possible
Some prizes we have had: general Visa gift cards, Amazon Gift Cards, or gift certificates to your favorite local restaurants!
For an extra “touch” stop by with a ready-to-decorate gingerbread house kit at some of your favorite clients’ homes!
We have always had great luck finding these at Costco, but also have found them online at Amazon or at Target.
Host a Baking / Decorating Party
Host a Gingerbread House (or Gingerbread Cookie!) baking or decorating event as a client party!
Bake your own cookies or buy store-ready kits at Costco, Target, and other retailers. If you have any trouble finding them, reach out to me and I can point you in the right direction!
